The Cover Sheet helps seperate your force lists in The Tome of Hostilities. You may write the force name, what game the force is for and force index number which correlates to the index at the front of the book. (Index shown at bottom)

You use the Force List Index to write down the name and specifics of the force and where it is in the book ie if you have the 133page ToH you would use forces 1-10. If a force was written in slot ten you would know to find it towards the back of the book.
