What's the catch?
Hah! Well...

1. To play RKE Games you need to buy one book. Pilgrim Cell. Pilgrim Cell contains the base mechanics used by all RKE Games. If you are interested in single player games or playin with friends against an AI, then you will also need SPITE.

2. Go to my game section on RKE and find a game you like. As time progresses I will have more and more games available. Read the world background, character stories, enjoy the art.

3. If you like the game then proceed to PDF Downloads. There you will find genre specific rules for vehicles, terrain, enviorments etc. Also you can download character sheets with all the info needed to play units/characters in your game of choice.

4. Make sure you have the base list of what is needed to play HERE. Things like d10 dice etc.

5. So basically you get the entire world book, units and characters for free. You have to pay for the core rules that work with 99% of RKE Games, scenario packs will cost money as well but are on the cheap side. In the case of Blood Hounds you can play using your own 28mm miniatures or buy mine later.
