Knights War Banner
When i created this basically it was the start of re-doing everything on the entire website. which of course sucked because i had a pretty good amount of graphics already done. but something about the current graphics seemed to impersonal. they were very detailed and fun but too generic for the red knight feel.

below is the main page web graphic. you will notice that the desktop is much larger than the main page web graphic. how did i make the desktop bigger? didnt i create the graphic at actual web size? well, no. what i learned is anything i make can be used for multiple purposes ie crossing from multimedia/print/web. after all, it sucks when you make something cool for the web and you cant put it on a shirt or in a book. with that in mind the original file of the graphic below was made at 70x70 inches not really including the marroon space aorund it which would bring it to around 100x100in. now the war banner i made can actually be printed as a real size war banner. funny how that works out huh? after all, there is nothing worse than creating something really cool for the web that took many hours to make and then its literally stuck on the web.

a small difference below are the little side banners jutting out. on the main web page i made them bigger so the text categories would also be bigger on them and easier to read. in the normal version aka below they are much smaller.

as a side note the side banners are not supposed to be empty but have the red knights war trophys hanging from them. however that would cluster the select text for the main web page so the idea was axed. in the future as i develop the red knight i will start adding the trophies to side banners hanging in various ways. and yes, those are the red knights short dueling swords. the only things he actually wears that i have thusly rendered. well that and the banner but thats not on him per sei. so if you ever see the red knight wielding two little swords or one short sword in one of my many silhouette pictures of him, you now know what something in the picture actually looks like. yes, there is more to the silhouettes then just shadows.
